Had a 3week trip with diego in the central valley with 5days for Harpy at the end. Really enjoyed the trip connected with nearly all the target birds and Diego worked tiresly to get them. Logistics were excellent good accommodation top notch food throughout and last but not least he's great company. Would thoroughly recommend for hard-core birders or beginners you won't be disappointed. Kind regards ian

Diego is an excellent birder and extremely knowledgeable about a variety of regions of Colombia. I have been on multiple trips with him and each experience has been special and unique from start to finish. He is personable and you will be in excellent hands with him …and he will do his best to make sure you have a positive experience. And if there is a unique species you’re looking for, he will find it. I highly recommend Diego and he is my first choice for a bird guide in Colombia.

Incredible birding and traveling experience. My primary contact was Diego but initially, I traveled with his team member Paula. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and first rate humans. I am not a birder but a photographer. Their knowledge of not only birding but also of bird photography, is excellent. Great locations, wonderful accommodations and comfortable arrangement. It was a pleasure to drive across the beautiful country from one amazing location to the next. These guys are humble, kind and not interested exploiting foreign birders/photographers. I hope there are more people like them. I will always travel with them in future. I will bring my family along in the next trip.
