Booking policies
Contact us to confirm availability for the dates you want to travel and the specific tour you are taking.
A booking is confirmed once you have cancelled 50% of the price, depending on the type of tour this can be done the previous day directly to one of our guides.
Cancellation policies
All cancellation fees are only intended to cover our direct cost of amending and/or canceling your reservation.
- If a cancellation is made in advance, the date can be move for the next 3 months and the person should assume any other expenses that may apply such as change in price by hotels or transport. This is only with a full price fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the tour are not refunded.
